How it works

1. You will receive an initial confirmation after scheduling your appointment.

2. You will receive a second confirmation once we have confirmed with a notary the time and location and the contact information for your notary.

Note: You must show the notary your valid photo ID and sign your documentation in front of the notary during your meeting. Please do not hand over any signed paperwork to the notary. Pre-signed documents will not be notarized, and the travel expenses will still be charged.

NOTE: If your document does not include the notarial language, you will need to state when scheduling your appointment what loose leaf language is required, i.e., acknowledgment, jurat, ordinary acknowledgment, copy of certification by a notary, declaration of authenticity, or proof of execution by subscribing witness

Examples of general notary work: Abstracts of Judgement, Affidavits, Agreements, Appointments, Assignments, Bankruptcy, Bonds, Consent forms, Deeds, Divorce papers, Liens, Marriage Licenses, Mortgages, Notices, Oil gas mineral releases, Permits, Power of Attorney, Releases, Wills, Etc.

Pricing: $10 per person signature/seal. There is a $1 fee per signature, per person, on the remaining pages.

Witnesses: If you do not have a witness. We can provide your witnesses for $50 per witness

How it works

The State of Texas does not authorize a Notary Public to certify a Form I-9. However, the Texas Secretary of State website has clarified that Notary Arlington (a business entity) may assist a business that employs their services in filling out a Form I-9, as long as the work is not performed in the capacity of a Notary Public.

Note: You must show the verifier your valid state-issued photo ID and or driver's license.

FINGERPRINTING:

How it works

Need ink-rolled fingerprinting for a background check, employment verification, name change application, insurance license, citizenship, investigative license, and more.

We make fingerprinting easy by offering this mobile service, and we come to you!

1. You will receive an initial confirmation after scheduling your appointment.

2. You will receive a second confirmation reconfirming your appointment date, time, and location, as well as the contact information for the person completing your fingerprinting request.

Note: To fulfill any request for fingerprinting, individuals must present a valid government-issued ID that includes a photo.

Pricing: $125; this includes the travel fee and costs for ink-rolled fingerprints up to two cards. There is a $45 card fee for each card after two cards.

Pricing: $4 per bill/note. Serving a notice of protest fee is $1. Protesting in all other cases, the fee is $4. The certificate and seal for a protest are $4.

DEPOSITIONS:

How it works

1. You will receive an initial confirmation after scheduling your appointment.

2. You will receive a second confirmation once we have confirmed with a notary the time, location, and contact information for your notary.

Pricing: $10 per person deposition plus $1.00 per 100 words or $0.10 per word. Swearing in a witness to a deposition, completing the certificate, and affixing the seal, the fee is $10. Taking a deposition of a witness is $1.00 per 100 words or $0.10 per word.

DOCUMENT APOSTILLE:

Authentication and certification by the state

1. Time to Process: 7-10 business days (does not include shipping time)

2. Notarization is included in the price

3. Domestic return shipping is included in the price (Excludes Hawaii & Alaska)
